I've been marking my body's more prone to aging, how it's starting difficult to get off the couch, when our body sick, it took longer to heal, getting out of bed in the morning is not as easy as before. This is aging symptoms that will be affected us in the next 60 years.
You can keep off those aging symptoms. Try by doing some sort of steps to avoid body and pains in elderly. You too can avoid body aches and pains in elderly by following these seven simple tips.
1. Drinking water is important.
We are considered as one big sponge. You lose water through sweating, urination, respiration. It is estimated that almost 70% of residents in the U.S. are invariably dehydrated. If our body dehydrated, this means that the body immune system doesn't work like normally. The the nervous system, digestive system, EVERY critical system in the body doesn't run as well as it should if you don't drink sufficiency water.
2. Protein is your friend.
After we've reached the age of 35, we lose a pound of muscle mass per year? This is purely a function of not consuming plenty food with protein. And I bet your brain just said I do feed adequate protein. No, you don't. You should eat more. There are lot of food as source of protein are chicken, fish, red meat, cottage cheese, (milk is exception). One thing to note that if you use a protein supplement, it is better to take isolate protein, not concentrate protein.
3. Workout regularly. Anything counts. enjoying workout the better.
Movement is essential thing in life. The more you move, the more different ways you move, the better. Exercise regularly keeps you limber, mobile, strong. Muscle mass and immune system are having strong correlation. It is obvious The more muscle you have when you are getting older, the stronger your immune system when aging.
4. Eat good fat, like coconut oil and fish oil.
Good fat is your friend. They are very important for maintaining your health.
Coconut oil bypasses the regular fat metabolism system of the liver and is straightaway release as fuel. Coconut oil is also recognized anti-bacterial, and doesn't go rancid. It's tougher to develop nerve disease if you get enough good fats into your body. Oh, and you have my permission to eat real (organic and raw) butter. It is not bad for you, although the commercials say otherwise.
